Who we are

Paisel provides an AI assistant embedded on clinic websites. For chat data, we act as a data processor on behalf of the clinic (the data controller).

What we collect

Chat messages, contact details you provide (name, email, phone), and basic technical data. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

Sub-processors

OpenAI (AI responses), Stripe (payments), DigitalOcean (EU hosting), and an automation layer for notifications.

Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing privacy@paisel.eu. We respond within 30 days.
